No personal possession of wild felines allowed.  Personal possession of wild/domestic cross hybrid felines that weigh less than 30 pounds are allowed.

A public zoo park, museum, educational institution, or USDA licensed exhibitor using wild felines for educational, medical, scientific or exhibition purposes may possess, trade, barter, import or sell wild felines.

Non-profit 501 c 3 wildlife sanctuaries may possess wild felines without a USDA license.
